Want to attend a conference (in MA or elsewhere) but need help covering registration, transportation, childcare, accommodations and other expenses? The Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council has a Consumer Empowerment Funds Program that helps individuals with developmental disabilities, and/or family members/guardians of individuals with disabilities defray the cost of attending conferences. Successful applicants can receive up to $500 to help cover conference-related expenses.
